Actually the majority of Kpop are still Ballad singers that have many meaningful songs and are very popular in S.Korea. But most international fans don't know these singers because they are not part of the Hallyu Wave overseas, like idol groups do. While Koreans prefer Kpop Ballad / R&B and K-Indie, International fans prefer idol group music. If you see what kind of Western music are in the top list right now, that only means that the majority of the new generation doesn't care about meaningful music, but just following the trend. :/

Amber truly is beautiful inside and out. I love that she puts that message out there to be yourself.

I just love this little baby to death. She has had to worked even harder than most trainees. I appreciate the fact that she is so comfortable being the girl we see. a girl who gets on the stage with the rest of her group but she doesn't wear the costumes that includes dresses oy skirts. And I think that she is pretty in her own way. But I really love her singing voice. She is just amazing.

I just came here after "Shake That Brass" and DAMN when she started singing I was like "wait I thought this was Amber". I'm not the biggest f(x) fan so I haven't really heard her sing until now, and geeeeeez she is talented.

Every time I listen to her songs, I get this huge sense of being strong. She is such a strong and independent person, and she sings her songs with that voice and soul. Her most recent song, "Borders" shows this side a lot as well. I believe in her, and in a way, I feel she believes in us.

im very very glad that SM let her show her own colors, break the feminine stereotype over the kpop girl group. They didn't make a mistake when they find Amber. She is truly a treasure

this is too beautiful. her voice is so soothing

One thing that I truly admire about SM is that they let Amber be in charge of herself as an artist and an idol. She did not have to be packaged with badass image and untouchable aura. She did not have to diss anyone to get attention. She just had to be Amber, underrated but truly beloved by many fans from many fandoms and many artists from many companies. She isn't pretty, she's beautiful. She's a good role model for many rookies because after all the fame, she knows who she is and she shows who she is.

I just read Amber's ig post today and god damn. She's so talented, kind, and passionate. She literally deserves all the good things in this world, all the best. This song just hits so close to home.
