I met TVXQ in 2010 and I've listened every damn song they have released. So, I can say at this point, I know perfectly the range and the tone of all 5 of them. Well, I think that for the first time I have failed. I was pretty sure that the first high note was hit by Chagmin, cuz we know he's the king of the high notes, but no, it's freaking Yunho O_O. I can't believe Yunho did that. I mean, I know he's an amazing singer, but I didn't know he was able to go that high. I'm amazed.

There used to be 5 and that era was also very iconic. The harmonies were next level. (Especially in their Tohoshinki stuff). TVXQ definitely deserves to be called legendary. Welcome to the fandom and happy listening~

They literally brought kpop to the west and to Japan. If it wasn’t for them, we would’ve never known about K-pop at all. Many think it’s BTS, but BTS got the general public in the west to know what K-POP is whereas TVXQ got the real western K-pop stans started on K-pop in the very beginning! Michelle Phan was really into it and that’s how I found them in my teens.

Why the heII the like are only 59k? Just the last part deserve 1m likes

Yunho's incredible vocals and note at 02:38 sends shivers down my spine!! And of course, Changmin's note at 02:50 is not easy to achieve for any singer especially male and it's incredible! When I first heard it on MAMA my jaw literally dropped! I can't wait for the entire album. I wish they had pre-released this song on Spotify though

20 years in and they're still showing everyone how it's done. Everything in this is so subtle but so powerful too, and it's a power and confidence that only comes from having been in the game for so long. They don't need to show skin or do cheesy body rolls to be sexy; they don't need to belt every note to show what their vocals are capable of, they don't need to have overly complicated choreo to show they can dance. What absolute professionals. What absolute KINGS.

thanks for translating. i love this interviews and it also reminds me of changmin's comment in the last MC in the live tour 2023 at tokyo dome, "While I’m happy to be able to perform in such large venues, what Yunho and I want to convey the most is that, as much as possible, in front of everyone, if our songs and performance are needed, we want to sing and dance with all our might for everyone. I feel like Korea's idol culture is very toxic when it comes to age and groups growing older. They discard groups once they are past a certain age. In other countries singers continue to grow more and more popular with age, I am glad TVXQ has Japan, cause at least that gives them a different culture to draw from

Basically, it's wasn't falsetto, it was his head voice, which is way harder, and thus, more valuable and just insane that he can get this high😄

This will be my second comeback with them.. I've never in my life thought I'll fall in love with a kpop artist but damn! I'm all down for yunho and changmin their art and charisma is NO JOKE.

Both this and Rebel were amazing! First time exposed to TVXQ! and I'm obsessed! Immediately bought the album lol. The visuals, style, energy and vocal talent is seriously amazing! Those last few high notes give me the chills every time I listen to it. Kinda nice to see it in a video.
