He is truly an artist.

There he is, the one who doesn't follow the rules of kpop industry. He wants to make art, not pieces of commercial things, knowing that there will be way more smaller audience for this kind of path he chooses. I hope he won't be a wanderer anymore. I'm happy that I discovered this kind of inspirational person. On the other hand, I'm really upset for seeing comments about this song being boring and without choreography. It speaks about the superficiality of listeners. It's...disappointing. PS: Receiving this MV from a Dance KING is ever more meaningful. *_Taemin said 'Under my skin' is a song about how his SHINee members and shawols bring light to his life. He said he could do a music video of holy water (his favorite) or better man, but he decided to do the under my skin mv because of its meaning, he co-wrote the song as well. Taemin really blessed us with this one, we're not worthy

I've seen comments praising him for not even dancing despite being known as a dancer. So I just want to let casual fans know that taemin has been singing different songs ACAPELLA each night on his tour. Not even easy songs, but some of shinee's hardest songs vocally. He used to be too nervous when he was singing w/o dancing before, but now he's so much more confident and I'm absolutely proud of him for coming this far.

@@fernandaandradediaz3506 yes I know I watched every performance he did on is2 and he did extremely well even though immortal song still had performance elements. but he has been developing over the years though and we love to see him grow in confidence. like if you compare his confidence in singing from then and now. even back in 2016 we were still worried over how nervous he was getting over singing pyn on radio cause he had to do it w/o dancing. I'm just saying acapella and impromptu on top of that is on a whole other level.

That's the initial purpose for SuperM... SxxxxM = SM a mix of SM groups representatives bringing their around to the world... Many have got the chance to know about SHINee, EXO and NCT... and them as soloists plus once you start the SM journey you inevitably end up checking out Red Velvet, Super Junio, TVXQ etc etc Then, about Taemin, that was the greatest opportunity for him, and a way to slowly intfoduce him in the USA music industry and a chance for him to learn the insights, also to practice more his English skills etc Soon he'll start the military service but still he will be young after that and i'm sure one day he'll go touring solo around the world!!! He's just made for it!!!

Honestly, I feel Taemin would really break into not only US market but beyond if he went solo and changed companies. Which is not what I wish for. But he needs somebody that would put 💯on his projects. The calibre of artists that are at SM is more than enough worthy and capable of dominating US market. That's just real talk. The other day, I was telling myself that baek should have submitted his candy track for Grammys even though we know what the outcome would be obviously, a nomination would have been a great stepping stone. When an artist best known for DANCE, Barely (to never) dances in an official release means he’s gone past appealing to people with what they know (and expect) him to do.

There is so much to say about this song and I am afraid I will fail at expressing what I really feel. As a writer, when I heard the first chords and notes of the melody I felt the need to write a poem; this song contains so much it exceeds the song itself and pours its magic over those lucky enough to listen to it, possessing us -like a muse-, and perhaps borrowing us an inch of its magnificence. I discovered this song when I was just getting into kpop and Iʼm so sad it never got the attention it deserved. Itʼs one of the most emotional and ethereal songs Iʼve heard. I instantly fell in love with Taeminʼs voice, performance and whole vibe. For me, this song gives off this incredibly strong feeling of longing, sadness and melancholy. Itʼs engraved into my brain.

I love Taemin so much. He will and always be my favorite ult bias. His voice is soo calming. I could listen to him all day. :)
