Kaibaek IS being overworked and exploited, you would know if you saw their pictures today. And sm in no way wants EXO to flourish,they are just using them to promote their other groups. Exols are here becoz they support kaibaek not sm ENT. Baekhyun would have promoted his first album and would have been preparing for the second if not for that sh*t of a company.

SM should just let go of their strategy of pushing the not so popular/fandomless idols too much and start putting their efforts in the right place they'll gain more money by that.
