This is seriously one of Tiffany's best songs. The singing and the emotions.

That "heartbreak" note that she hits high and then bends it beautifully all over the place. That is easily one of the best notes I have ever heard in Kpop.

Everything you mentioned was because of SM's money. Tiffany can't have mv productions as big as this bcs she still has to consider the budget unlike when her activities were still supported by SM. And her music then needs her companies approval unlike now that she has free control over her musical and creative decisions. So I think that it's unfair that you compare her to then. And lastly, she underwent so many changes leading to her true self, so her music now reflects her more than her music in the past.

I agree. But her english songs show her true self as an artist. Her voice color is more pronounced in those songs too. Maybe she's still exploring herself through the music she creates. Hopefully she can create/sing song like this again

Main poin is that she isn't restricted to what songs are offered to her because now she makes them unlike when she was in SM where the producers handpicked everything for her, but of course I understand your point; to each her own.

This kind of song is so well suited to Tiffany. She does a really good job of conveying emotion through her voice. Even if there are other singers who might be technically more competent, I feel more from her voice because she's really able to reach through and provide you with an experience.

yes. Tiffany is such a gem. She has alluring visuals that will surely make your day. Her smile is just amazing. You will smile naturally when seeing her, especially when those eyesmiles showed up. Her vocals are just unique. The husky sweet tone that always makes the whole song refreshing and new. I personally find it attractive when she expresses her emotions when singing. Tiffany is also pretty good at rapping. Don't even mention her personality, she's super sweet super caring and super funny. She's wild but has a soft heart that should be protected at all times. She's my bias and one of the reasons for why I'm always looking forward for SM.

Tiffany's smokey eye was kinda lit. Her makeup was really good here.

Absolutely! I would be over the moon if she made one! :) Like when you watch her on stage, especially IN America, her California Girl comes out and her stage presence is magnetic. She commands your attention and has talent up the wha-zoo. If I were an A&R Rep and she wasn't already signed to SM, I would snatch her up immediately. The audience is here for an Asian-American performer, we just need to right one and I truly believe it would be Tiffany. I think the only reason BoA didn't have more success was just simply timing. Now would be PERFECT for Tiffany :)

I keep saying this: there is so much music in the world that we may never be able to explore them all until the day of our demise...I just found out about this song and it's beautiful. Honestly I love it.

This song uses a sample of "First Love" by Jemnifer Lopez, I've never seen anyone talking about that. I LOVE THIS SONG

There's something about this song.. the feel, the lyrics, the vocals, the video, it really pulls me in and the end makes me feel her pain too. Thank you Tiffany for this song you should be very proud of this piece of art.

Tbh SM has been doing nothing but releasing western produced/ bought tracks. Most of SNSD's discography (especially title tracks) were English demos that SM bought and replaced with mostly Korean lyrcis/ modified English lyrics. One flip through their album credits will show that. The same goes for most of their groups for the past 6 years at least.

I don't know why but this song takes a special place in my heart...still listen to it in 2023~

I'm not a SNSD fan, I never got to listen to them properly. I decided to check out Tiffany's solo debut and I really liked it! So this came up after with Simon D (knew him from back in the days with hongki) and I got more curious so, THIS IS MY JAM! Love this girl voice and Simon D's rap is amazing too.
