에프엑스는 참 아쉬운 그룹인거 같다 음악성과 컨셉 진짜 독보적인 걸그룹이였는데 뭔가 시대를 앞서도 너무 앞서나갔어 회사가 조금만 신경써줬어도 아이돌계에 한 획을 굵직하게 긋고 지금까지도 여전히 언급될 레전드 그룹이 됐을거 같은데 아쉽다

2015년 10월이 포월즈 발매시점. All mine이 2016년 7월. 보통 컴백간 공백기는 컴백준비를 위한 시간인데, 저때는 진짜 아예 빅토리아 제외 걍 백수였음. 오죽하면 앰버가 슴스테 발매곡을 뮤비라도 찍게 해달라했을까? 근데 더 환장하고 열받는게 뭔지 알아? 올마인 이후 무려 짧게는 3년 길게는 5년 가량을 멤버들은 SM에 남아있었음. 제일먼저 스엠을 나간 앰버 루나가 계약 종료시점이 2019년 9월이니 포월즈 활동했던 2015년 10월로부터 무려 4년을 컴백을 안시켜주고 공중분해시킴 ^^

All mine 나올 때부터 계속 듣고 있는데 이제야 댓글 보고 엠버가 직접 찍고 스엠이 한게 아무것도 없었다는 것을 보고 화가 났다.. 처음에는 예전처럼 안찍고 뮤비를 왜 v로그 같이 찍었지? 라는 생각 들고 그냥 그런 컨셉인가보다 함수들의 일상 같이 찍었나보다 생각하고 평소 이런 모습일 것이라고 생각하며 귀엽다^^.. 하고 있었는데 비하인드 이야기를 들어보니 너무 화가 남.. 비주얼이며 노래컨셉이며 뮤비며 다 마음에 들어서 최애 여돌들이었는데 이게 이렇게 마지막이었었다니..

들을 때마다 2016년의 풍경이 생각나면서 매년 여름만 되면 아련해지면서 생각나는 명곡.

I hope they'll never be forgotten. All 4th gen fans and onwards should remember how iconic they are, especially knowing they are one of the best aesthetic and game changing girl group in SM.

came hear to mourn one of the biggest losses in the history of kpop and music in general. f(x) were ahead of their time with a lot of their releases, especially with the pink tape as that album introduced the aesthetic to kpop. they have one of the best discographies but the most important thing is these girls knew damn well how to sell a concept while performing it. honestly i believe that there won't ever be a group like f(x) again and while i am sad that we won't hear anything from them as a group in the future, i am still very grateful for everything they have given us. truly, from the bottom of my broken heart, thank you!

[READ IF YOU WANT TO KNOW ABOUT HOW VID WAS SHOT] Krystal, Luna, and Victoria weren't holding the camera at all, Amber was. This was because the camera was heavy and Amber dictated how the shots were taken. Amber was actually holding their hands under the camera to create the illusion that they were in fact holding the camera. So although you guys had theories on who held the camera for them (I'm looking at you Kaistal shippers) Amber actually did all of it. [I found this all out from Ranting Monkey Ep.6]

Nah, I think she held it herself. You can see for everyone else there's parts where they let go of the camera (Amber's hand), but for Amber's shots she always hold the camera. Plus she's running around it would be hard if someone else was running backwards filming her. Just my opinion though...

My k-pop journey is started with EXO & f(x) . Now, two of them have not activities. Hoping for their comeback.

SM dropped them for Red Velvet and now SM will drop Red Velvet for Aespa. f(x) and Red velvet are major reasons SM is what it is today and as a ONCE I can say they'll always have a place in my heart. Musically far more interesting than groups with a more western style like Aespa, Blackpink, ITZY etc. No hate, but just my opinion :) f(x) has one of the strongest discographies in the K-pop world. I'm a Dutch K-pop fan and I enjoy the difference in Korean and western music so I never cared for music that sounds more like what we have here.

This is what I'm worried about. I don't want Red Velvet to come to the same fate as f(x) cos both f(x) and Red Velvet are my favourite girl groups because of their unique, experimental discography. And I don't know if it's just me but I feel like SM is losing its unique touch. I have tried hard to like aespa but their songs aren't really my cup of tea and seem more generic than what SM usually goes for. EXO and Red Velvet's comebacks in 2021 weren't as strong as their previous ones as well.
