@Jacob Mendoza I understand that but old gen practice videos were meant to show the initial days of practice where you see them fumbling and make mistakes. It makes the idols more human, imo. The new gen practice videos are already perfect and more like the performance onstage already. Why call it a practice video if it’s already the performance itself?

I really agree with you, because more and more these days, kpop dance practice videos aren't helpful if you want to learn the dance due to the obsession upon camera movements. I also find it annoying when they release moving versions instead of fixed camera setting vids.

This is why SNSD is a legend. It's not the costumes, not the makeup, not the lighting, camera angles, or pyrotechnics, it's a great song, fantastic choreography, and the girls just slaying the dancing.

I agree with you. That's why i and Sone call them is 'The Legend Of Kpop'. They are have a great leader in KPOP (Taeyeon), have a great main vocal (Taeyeon, Seohyun, Sunny & Tiffany " especially Taeyeon"), have a great dancer (Hyoyeon, Sooyoung and Yuri), have a great visual (Yoona) ,have a powefull maknae (Seohyun).

im here for hyo., she is the only member who can dance well

This is one of the best songs from SNSD. And yet it has a weak public reaction and marketing for such amazing production. Especially the build ups for the bridge, the dance break and the best part that left me in awe, the key was raised higher twice, it made me wanting to listen it repeatedly! I still remember when Twice debuted and people were nervous if Twice would replace SNSD. Some fans even got into a war..now they know that SNSD is a legend and not a single group can replace them

It’s just different criteria now on forming a group. Probably a bit more focus on presentation / looks now vs singing / dancing back then. And somehow they found 9 girls all within the same age range that had different strengths, but worked well together. Taeyeon is one in a generation talent that just loves singing. Hyoyeon is a great dancer. And the rest of the girls kinda fit in between.

No one could ever beat snsd, they truly had it all, the talent, the vocals, the dance, the friendship and professionalism. They weren't shiny and worried about the cameras all the time like the generations after them. I would love to see another comeback 🩷

It doesn't matter how many dance practices I watch, I always get amazed at Hyo's dancing. I don't understand a lot about dance, but even in the simplest moves if you focus on Hyo you'll notice how her level is far above from the others. She is the best female dancer for a reason, and she deserves be called the Dancing Queen.

I really, desperately, eagerly, patiently want another dance practice like this. Where they are not filming another "performance" vid but how they relay little detail through their conversation, how they laugh while seeing each others move, the old relaxed, enjoyable real dance practice!

There will be no more perfect group as snsd. They are irreplaceable, honestly. Not one of them isn't talented and was there only because of good looks. 5 powerful vocals with 4 powerful dancers with amazing personality like honestly what more can we ask for

Wowww. I just noticed something. Hyoyeon doesn't stand out that much but once u take a look at her, u can't take ur eyes off!!! She flows like the wind, Wow her dancing skills are daebak. If ur looking at image, Jessica or taeyeon would normally stand out but if ur looking at moves, hyoyeon is defiantly the only one standing out. You can see there's a big huge large gap between the girls and hyoyeons dancing skills. Daebakkkkkkkk haha that's all I know what to say

@@juansuarez0126 i can see that but I took ‘fancy’ to mean production value. A lot of them nowadays have really high productions (Clothes/costumes, perfected dance, camera work & crew etc). It’s more like another performance video instead of a practice. Obviously there’s nothing wrong with that but I do miss old practices where you can see them learning a bit of the dance, messing up a bit and bloopers. It gave use a glimpse into their personalities. I still like the newer dance vids but I still miss the old ones. (Sorry too long ik😭👋)

Du Nguyen Hoang Phuong Jessica has one of the most unique voices in Kpop and probably the most unique one in SNSD. Whose voice is so unique in your opinion? Lol. And please, not all SNSD members have that EFFORTLESS charms and stage presence that she has. She just has to be on stage and all eyes all on her without having to do much. Who else can do that? The legendary SNSD is the 9-member SNSD, not OT8. Ironically, OT8 are the ones who get the privilege to carry on that legacy while Jessica gets bashed every single time someone mentioned SNSD in her interviews.

Actually Hyoyeon did not lose balance. She wasn't on the right spot as she was supposed to be aligned with Jessica in the end but as you saw she was positioned way back near taeyeon and the others so she had to move forward to be in the right spot.

I am a ygstan and i think that hyoyeon is perfectly fine in sm. she doesnt really suit the yg image. and yg isnt the worst agency she could have chosen. they focus alot on vocals thats all (no lipsyncing).

for the back up dancers, this song is so easy for them to dance, appear for 10s second, then get off the stage, come out a gain, sit their and wait for their turn, shake shake then the song is over.
